Ink Review #18: Diamine 150th Anniversary Tropical Green

Today I will be reviewing Diamine Tropical Green. It is an emerald green with medium shading.

Diamine inks have been manufactured since 1864. The company is located in the United Kingdom and boasts an impressive selection of over 100 inks. These inks are popular as they are water-based and affordable.

Swabs:

This color is a versatile dark green with no sheen and medium shading.

The color is similar to Sailor 960. As seen in the picture below, Tropical Green is a "flatter" green compared to Robert Oster's River of Fire.

Writing Sample:

This ink had a consistent flow and was not overly wet.

Overall: I liked this ink as well as the shading. I think it's a perfect color to use for the winter holidays.
