Today’s post brings us to our last Sailor Studio blue! 941 is a dark navy.
Swabs:
This ink had a moderate dry time, medium shading, and high sheen. This is a dark, shimmering blue reminiscent of Taccia Ao-Guro Blue Black. Unfortunately, it is not water resistant (as seen below in the writing sample).

This ink had a slightly wet flow without any hard starts or skips. This is an appropriate color to use for taking notes in class or a business casual office.
Overall: Sailor 941 is a dark navy-black with a wet flow.
