Ink Review #294: Tono & Lims No. 5 Not So Bad

 

Today we’ll be reviewing Tono & Lims Not So Bad from their Standard line.

Swabs: 


This ink had medium shading and no sheen. The color is akin to light brown with a hint of yellow undertones.

Dry Time/Water Resistance: 

Limonaired Ink Test Card

This ink had a long dry time at 45 seconds and high water resistance.

Writing Sample: 

Tomoe River Paper 52 gsm

I didn’t experience any hard starts or skipping with this ink. It had a slightly dry but average flow.

Overall: Not So Bad is a brown ink with a dry flow.
