Ink Review #350: Kala Nostalgia Abstraction Moonlight Tide

Today I’ll be reviewing Kala Moonlight Tide. This is the saturated counterpart to Kala Spring Rain.

Swabs:

This ink had no shading and very low copper/red sheen. The color is described as blue-black but the color comes is a standard black.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

Limonaired Ink Test Card

This ink had a long dry time at 50 seconds and is waterproof.

Writing Sample:

This ink had a wet flow. The feel while writing is very similar to Platinum Carbon Black. I noticed some smearing after the ink had dried.

Overall: Kala Moonlight Tide is a wet black ink with a long dry time.
