Ink Review #572: Tono & Lims Regulus

Today I will be reviewing Tono & Lims Regulus. This is a color-shifting fluorescent ink from their Star Light Line.

Swabs:

This ink had low shading and no sheen. The color starts as a bright blue that dries to a green-leaning teal. It also fluoresces under UV light.

This ink had a long dry time of 60 seconds and medium water resistance.

This ink had high saturation and a wet flow. I used Tomoe River paper—in the photos above, you can see spots where the color remained blue.

Overall: Tono & Lime Regulus is a very interesting, color-shifting blue-green ink.
