Today I will be reviewing Ink Institute Cat at Noon. This is the second ink in the Cat Series.

This ink had low shading and no sheen. It is a pastel orange with pink and yellow undertones.

Overall: Ink Institute Cat at Noon might be one of my favorite pastel oranges. This is a soft orange with low shading.
