Today I will be writing reviewing Ink Institute Cat at Dawn; the third ink in the Cat Series.
Swabs:
This ink had high shading and no sheen. The color is a medium blue that is a few shades lighter than Robert Oster Grey Seas.

Overall: Ink Institute Cat at Dawn is a pretty blue ink with purple hues and high shading.
