Today we will review Sailor Studio 464. If you’ve been looking for an almost-perfect Tiffany blue ink, this is it!
Swabs:
This ink had a moderate dry time, low-medium shading, and no sheen. The shading is difficult to discern exactly as the ink is very saturated. The ink is closest to Diamine Marine and resembles the iconic Robin’s Egg Blue.

This ink had a consistent, slightly wet flow.
Overall: Sailor Studio 464 is a gorgeous Tiffany blue.
