Ink Review #133: Sailor Studio 143

Today’s post focuses on Sailor Studio 143. This is a shading, ethereal blue.

This ink had a long dry time, high shading, and no sheen. This is a saturated sky blue with dual shading (pink and purple). It reminds me of a bluer variant of Troublemaker Milky Ocean.

This ink had a generous, wet flow. The color is beautiful to look at in sketches and longer writing samples. 143 would be suitable for spring and summer.

Overall: This is a beautiful and unique dual-shading blue. I definitely recommend grabbing a sample if you like Troublemaker Milky Ocean!
