Ink Review #14: Rohrer & Klingner Alt-Goldgrun

Today I will be reviewing another Rohrer & Klingner Ink: Alt-Goldgrun. I was excited to try this color out as it was highly recommended across the internet. One review described the color as "pea-green soup"--which was, ironically, quite accurate.

Swabs:

This ink had no sheen but high shading which I love. This is a cool yellow green which reminds me of when grass reflects sunlight in the summer. I was surprised to find out that this color was a perfect match with my Hobonichi Techno cover!

This ink was well behaved with longer writing. I was pleasantly surprised by this color. I also liked how this color leaned towards yellow over other hues.

Overall: This is a well-behaved, quirky green ink. The yellow/ cool hues make it versatile for yearlong use.
