Ink Review #36: Robert Oster Shake & Shimmer Rose Gilt Tynte

I'm kicking off November with an ink that I've wanted to review for a long time. Rose Gilt Tint is a light purple-pink with TONS of glitter and sheen!

This ink had medium sheen, high sheen (glitter)? and a long drying time. It truly is a beautiful rose-pink with hints of grey and purple.

This ink is great for doodling. The ink felt dry in my Lamy Safari F but demonstrated a consistent flow. I wouldn't recommend this for longer writing as it made my nib feel scratchy. However, it behaved perfectly in my flex nib (and it was cool to see the particles shimmer as the ink dried).

Overall: This is a very pretty, glittery pink. It would look best in broad or flex nibs.
