Ink Review #44: Robert Oster Shake & Shimmer Violet Dreams

Today I will be reviewing Robert Oster Violet Dreams. This is a glittery, beautiful light lavender.

Swabs:

This ink has a LOT of gold glitter , moderate dry time, and high shading. The purple gleams in the sunlight.

I found this ink to have a reddish/pink hue compared to my other purple inks.

Writing Sample:

I found this ink to be drier than expected of a glittery ink. I had no skipping or hard starts but my Sailor felt scratchier than usual.

Overall: This ink is a beautiful glittery purple that works well across all nib sizes.
