Ink Review #46: Robert Oster Frankly Blue

Today I will be reviewing another blue ink! Frankly Blue celebrates the first anniversary of being sold in the United States. It first appeared at the 2017 DC Pen Show.

This ink had low sheen, high shading, and a quick dry time. The color has a slightly greener tint than Robert Oster Lake of Fire and falls on the middle spectrum of blues--not too turquoise, but not too black.

I found this ink to be a little drier than other Robert Oster inks. However, I did not have problems with skipping or hard starts. It was a pleasant ink to write with.

Overall: I enjoyed this ink. This is a very pretty blue with lots of shading.
