Ink Review #178: Sailor Studio 770

Today’s post focuses on Sailor Studio 770. This is our first true yellow ink!

This ink had a moderate dry time, low shading, and low sheen. This is a sunny, egg-yolk yellow.

This ink had a pleasant and smooth flow. Unfortunately this is a regular yellow that blends in with the paper. It is best to use with highlighting/underlining or art.

Overall: This is a bright, cheerful yellow. Unfortunately I won’t be purchasing a full bottle as the color is too light for my taste.
