Ink Review #236: Tono & Lims No.2 Sometime, Somewhere

Today I’ll be reviewing another Tono & Lims ink from their Standard line. These have been cropping up lately in my blog—it’s because I ordered 33 samples from Shigure Inks in an ink-buying frenzy!

This is a medium forest green with high shading and no sheen.

This ink had a moderate dry time at 40 seconds and low water resistance.

I found this ink had a slightly dry, consistent flow. However, I didn’t experience any hard starts or skips while reviewing the sample. I liked this shade of green as it reminded me of thick forests and trees.

Overall: This is a pleasant warm green with excellent shading. With the exception of a few T&L inks, I’ve found that most of them are on the dry side.
