Ink Review #274: Robert Oster Frankly Scarlet

Today we’re back in the running with a Robert Oster ink. Frankly Scarlet is a dusty, dark red that clearly draws inspiration from Gone with the Wind. (Frankly my dear…)

This ink had medium shading and no sheen. The color is similar to Papier Plume Lover’s Red.

I found this ink to have an average, slightly wet flow. The ink was pleasant to use without any notable issues.

Overall: This is a faded brick red ink with medium shading. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing a full-sized bottle as this ink is similar to other reds that I have reviewed.
