Ink Review #309: Tono & Lims Dynamite — Fountain Pen Pharmacist

Today I’ll be reviewing Tono & Lims Dynamite from their Adult Night line. This is a deep, saturated blue.

Swabs:

This ink had no shading and low red sheen. Similar inks include Taccia Ukiyo-e Hokusai Kouai, Sailor Studio 941, and Robert Oster Southern Seas . It is a shade darker than Pilot Iroshizuku Tsuki-yo.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had quite a fast dry time at 15 seconds and medium-high water resistance.

Writing Sample:

This ink was quite smooth. I did not experience any starts or skips and had a pleasant time using my Lamy <F>.

Overall: This is a lovely dark blue that dries quickly.
