Ink Review #374: Tono & Lims trust u — Fountain Pen Pharmacist

Today I will be reviewing an interesting sample from Tono & Lims. trust u is part of their Baby Color SE series.

Swabs:

This ink had medium shading and no sheen. The color is grey with lavender and bluish undertones.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had an average dry time of 25 seconds and no water resistance.

Writing Sample:

I found that this ink had an average flow and behaved well. The color is pale, but legible. There is a noticeable yellow undertone when the ink is first laid down. I loved the multi-colored shading, though there is a noticeable pale yellow tint when the ink is first laid down. I was not impressed or enthused as it resembled pale urine, but the color quickly fades as the ink dries.

Overall: I liked this color quite a lot. It’s a dreamy, ethereal grey with lovely hints of purple and blue. I recommend checking out a sample!
