Ink Review #391: Tono & Lims Basketball

Today we are diving into several limited edition Tono & Lims inks. These inks are typically available at pen shows but I purchased samples off from Shigure Inks. Basketball is a brownish orange.

This ink had medium shading and green sheen. The color is burnt orange. It is similar to Robert Oster Burnt Orange but is a few shades darker, with brown undertones.

I found this ink to have an average flow. The sheen gives this Ink an interesting color ; it’s not often that I see orange and green mixed together. I’m quite particular to this color as represents a major university from my home state.

Overall: This is a deep orange with great shading and sheen.
