Ink Review #414: Waterman Intense Black

Today I will be reviewing another Waterman ink. Intense black is just that— a lovely routine black ink.

This ink had no shading and very low sheen. The color is a regular black without any undertones.

I found this ink to have a smooth, average flow. I liked this ink a lot -it is unobtrusive with a very consistent flow. I tend to be sensitive to wet inks (as they bleed on cheap paper) so the average flow is a plus.

Overall: I took to this black ink more than I initially expected. It’s a smooth, standard black.
