Ink Review #427: PenBBS #182: April Diamond

Today I will be taking a look at another PenBBS ink. #182 is a dreamy blue with dual-shading properties.

Swabs:

This ink had high shading and no sheen. It’s a warm blue that shades to purple. The color is similar to Troublemaker Milky Ocean, Sailor Studio 123, and Sailor Manyo Nekoyanagi.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had an average dry time of 20 seconds and medium water resistance.

This ink had an average, but smooth, flow. The color is crisp and warm.

Overall: This is an affordable dual-shading and pretty ink. It would be a great alternative to Troublemaker Milky Ocean.
