Ink Review #434: PenBBS #385 Xin Qiji — Fountain Pen Pharmacist

Today we dive right back into PenBBS inks. #385 Xin Qiji is a teal blue.

Swabs:

This ink had medium shading and little to no sheen. The color is a medium teal.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had an average dry time of 20 seconds and low water resistance.

Writing Sample:

This ink had a smooth, slightly wet flow. The color is lovely to write with and reminds me of Diamine Aurora Borealis.

Overall:

This is a great teal with medium shading. I don’t think I will purchase a full bottle as the color is similar to other teals that I have reviewed.
