Ink Review #488: PenBBS #159 Bitter Herb

Today I will be writing about PenBBS #159 Bitter Herb. This is a light green that reminds me of bitter melon.

Swabs:

This ink has high shading and no sheen. The color is a light, grassy green.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had an average dry time of 30 seconds and low water resistance.

Writing Sample:

I found this ink to have a dry flow in my Jowo <M> nib. The shading is fantastic and shifts from lime green to yellow-green.

Overall: It’s not often that I am drawn to green inks! Overall, this is a legible (!) light green ink with lovely shading.
