Ink Review #519: PenBBS #515 Midnight Blue

Today we will be reviewing PenBBS #515 Midnight Blue.

Swabs:

This ink had low shading and medium red sheen. It is a dark navy similar to Pilot Shin-Kai.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had an average dry time of 25 seconds and low water resistance.

Writing Sample:

This ink had an average, even flow. It was well-behaved without any hard starts or skips.

Overall: This is a professional blue. I won’t be purchasing a full bottle as it is similar to Sailor Sei-Boku.
