Ink Review #535: L'Artisan Pastellier Callifolio Violet

Today we are switching gears to review some L’Artisan inks (as you can tell, I am nearing the end of my PenBBS & L’Artisan ink splurge). Violet is a medium purple.

Swabs:

This ink had low shading and no sheen. The color is a true purple.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had an average dry time of 30 seconds and high water resistance.

Writing Sample:

This ink had a dry flow and average saturation. It was well-behaved.

Overall: This is a medium standard purple. It has a dry flow so I would use it in broad or wet writers. I love that this ink has high water resistance.
