Ink Review #552: PenBBS #175 Stendhal

Today we’ll be reviewing PenBBS Stendhal. Stendhal was a 19th century French writer and one of the early pioneers of realism.

This ink had low shading and no sheen. My swatch shows it as a pink-red, but my writing sample shows brown-red tones.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had an average dry time of 30 seconds and medium-high water resistance.

This ink had a dry flow.

Overall: Overall this was a well-behaved ink. It has an austere, reserved feel due to the brown hues.
