This ink had a wet flow. The consistency is similar to other sheening inks and is slightly thicker than standard inks. I did have a few hard starts, noticeably when I left my pen uncapped for 10-15 seconds or longer. The color is a deep teal which is emphasized by the red sheen.

Overall: This is a very pretty color and dark enough to use for note-taking. I would suggest using this ink broad or flex nibs to show off the sheen!
