Ink Review #586: Monteverde Azure Noir

Today we will be taking a look at Monteverde Azure Noir. This ink is lubricated for a smooth flow and to prevent drying out between writing sessions.

Swabs:

This ink had low shading and no sheen. I wouldn’t classify this as a blue-black ink. The color is a flat dark grey.

This ink had a wet flow and average saturation.

Overall: I have to say that I was not impressed by this ink (or color). I would have liked to see a bluer-leaning ink. However, I did like that the ink flowed well without any issues.
