Ink Review #601: Tono & Lims True Love

Hello dear readers! My kind friend and ink supplier, Shigure Inks, sent along a handful of ink samples to review. I’m ecstatic as these inks line up perfectly with my summer break!

The first ink up for review is Tono & Lims True Love, a limited edition scented ink.

This ink had high shading and no sheen. The color is a bright yellow-orange and is a close match to Noodler’s Apache Sunset.

This ink was well saturated with a wet flow. The scent is refreshing; it reminds me of summer and flowers.

Overall: I loved this ink. The shading and flow are exactly what I love (and the scent is not overwhelming at all!). At the time of this post, True Love is sold out on Shigure Inks. I will be looking out for this ink in the future!
