Ink Review #629: Montegrappa Blue Black

Today I will be reviewing Montegrappa Blue-Black. This is a pale ink that leans more on the blue, vs black, color range.

Swabs:

This ink had low shading and no sheen. The color is a pale grey blue.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had a quick dry time of 15 seconds and high water resistance.

Writing Sample:

This ink had a very dry flow with low saturation.

Overall: I had mixed feelings on this ink. The color is unobtrusive but very dry. I would recommend using this in a broad or wet nib.
