Ink Review #660: Wearingeul Lost

Today I would like to introduce a new brand to this blog! Wearingeul is a Korean ink company who kindly sent me some of their inks. Wearingeul Lost was inspired by Emil Sinclair, the main character of the novel Demian by Hermann Hesse.

Swabs:

Lost had medium shading and no sheen. The color is a pale blue with warm grey undertones.

Tomoe River Paper 52 gsm

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had an average dry time of 30 seconds and high water resistance.

Writing Sample:

Lost had a dry flow and low saturation.

Overall: I liked the color but thought the flow was a bit dry. This ink would perform best in a broad/wet nib.
