Ink Review #81: Troublemaker Yellow Tartanilla

Today's ink is inspired by tartanillas --two-wheeled carriages drawn by a single horse. Each year, Cebu City holds a Tartanilla festival which celebrates Filipino culture and tradition.

This ink had a quick dry time, low shading, and no sheen. This is a bright, sunny yellow.

This was a smooth ink to write with, but the yellow is too pale. The ink is difficult to read but would behave well in sketches or drawings.

Overall: This is a nice shade of golden yellow that would work best in broad/flex nibs or artwork.
