Ink Review #45: Bookbinder's Blue

Today I will be reviewing Bookbinder's Blue. This is a bright turquoise.

Bookbinder's is an online stationery store in Australia. This is not an ink that is mentioned often, so I was excited to try the sample. Note: I traded a pen case for ink samples. I'm not sure if this color is still available--a quick search on their website shows that they do not carry their inks. I wonder how old this sample is.

This ink had low sheen, high shading, and a quick dry time. The sheen is extremely subtle and is shimmery red. The color is a bright turquoise.

I didn't have any issues with this ink. I found it to be well behaved with a consistent flow. This wrote neither on the "wet or dry" side.

Overall: This is a beautiful, well-behaved sky blue.
