Ink Review #233: Taccia Ao — Fountain Pen Pharmacist

Today we’ll be taking a look at Taccia Ao, a royal blue.

Swabs:

This ink had no shading and high sheen. It falls into the same color spectrum as Diamine Sargasso Sea and Diamine Majestic Blue.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had a moderate dry time of 25 seconds and no water resistance (a common theme among Tono & Lims inks).

Writing Sample:

This ink had a consistent , slightly dry flow. I see this as a professional blue that could be used in school and at the office.

Overall: This is a standard royal blue. It is similar to other blues that I have reviewed so I won’t be purchasing a full-size bottle.
