Ink Review #258: Robert Oster Burnt Orange

Hook’em!

Today I’ll be reviewing a Robert Oster ink named after one of my alma maters (yes—I have two).

Swabs:

This is a burnt (toasty) orange with low shading and no sheen. The color is a darker shade of Robert Oster Orange Rumble and reminds me of yams and pumpkins.

This ink had a long dry time at 40 seconds and no water resistance.

I liked writing with this ink quite a lot. The color was dark enough to be legible and had an average flow. This would be a good ink for the fall.

Overall: I may be a bit biased towards this color. I liked the color and will most likely purchase a full sized bottle in the future.
