Ink Review #283: Diamine Shimmertastic Night Sky

Today we’ll be focusing on Diamine Night Sky. This is a dark grey, almost black ink with silver glitter.

Swabs:

This ink had no shading and lots of glitter. The color is well-saturated.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had a longer dry time at 35 seconds and medium water resistance.

Writing Sample:

This was a wet ink with a consistent flow. The glitter was evenly distributed and flowed easily In my Jowo <M>. I found that this was a well-behaved, pleasant ink for writing. The silver sparkles evoke images of stars in the night sky.

Overall: This is a smooth, fantastic grey ink. It does have a longer dry time so I would be mindful of that.
