Ink Review #313: Robert Oster Burgundy

Today we’ll be taking a look at Robert Oster Burgundy. This is more of a burnt red than a purple-red.

Swabs:

This ink had no shading or sheen. The color is a terra cotta red and similar to Robert Oster Astorquiza Rot.

This ink had a fast dry time (* in my posting nib) and low water resistance.

I found that this sample had a very smooth, consistent flow in my posting nib. It made my writing glide across the paper.

Overall: This is a well-behaved burnt red with great flow.
