Ink Review #325: De Atramentis Standard Coral Red

Today we’ll be reviewing de Atramentis Coral Red. Contrary to it’s name, this is a deep lipstick red.

Swabs:

This ink had no shading or sheen. The color reminds me of classic dark-red lipstick. I don’t see any coral or orange undertones.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had an average dry time of 20 seconds and surprisingly high water resistance.

Writing Sample:

I found this to have a wet flow. The color is a rich red.

Overall: This is a beautiful deep red with wet flow.
