Ink Review #329: Diamine Autumn Oak
Today we’ll be reviewing Diamine Autumn Oak. I’ve been looking forward to this review for a while, as I loved the color when it was first swabbed.
Swabs:
This ink had low shading and no sheen. It’s a perfect fall shade and is more orange than Taccia Because We Are Here. It also reminds me of Montblanc Petite Prince Red Fox.
Dry Time/Water Resistance:
This ink had an average dry time of 20 seconds and no water resistance.
Writing Sample:
I found this ink to have a slightly wet flow. The color is beautiful— a warm orange with golden brown undertones.
Overall: This is a really lovely autumn color. We rarely get four defined seasons here but the color definitely reminds me of the fall. I highly recommend trying this color out.
