Ink Review #430: PenBBS #517 — Fountain Pen Pharmacist

Today I will be reviewing a bright orange from PenBBS.

Swabs:

This ink had medium shading and no sheen. The color is a refreshing, tangerine-like orange. Similar swatches include Troublemaker Mango and Pelikan Edelstein Mandarin.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had an average dry time of 20 seconds and no water resistance.

Writing Sample:

This ink was well-behaved and had a dry flow. The orange is cheerful without being overly obnoxious.

Overall: I usually lean towards muted colors but I really liked this orange. It does have a dry flow, so I would use it in a wet writer.
