Ink Review #431: PenBBS #390 Guilin — Fountain Pen Pharmacist

Today I am reviewing another ink from PenBBS! Guilin is a pleasant warm brown.

Swabs:

This ink has medium shading and no sheen. The color is a warm earthy brown. It reminds me of a cooler version of J. Herbin Cacao du Brezil.

Dry Time/Water Resistance:

This ink had an average dry time at 25 seconds and no water resistance.

Writing Sample:

This ink had an average flow. The color goes on a brackish dirt-green, and fades to a light brown.

Overall: I rather liked this color! It is an warm light brown.
