Ink Review #491: L'Artisan Pastellier Encre Classique Fuschia
Today we will be reviewing the Encre Classique line from L’Artisan Pastellier. Fuschia is a medium purple-red.
Swabs:
This ink had low shading and very low sheen (seen only in large swatches). It has purple undertones compared to Pilot Iroshizuku’s Tsutsuji.
Dry Time/Water Resistance:
This ink had a long dry time at 50 seconds and low water resistance.
Writing Sample:
This ink had a well-behaved, slightly wet flow. The color is saturated and leans purple. It is similar to Diamine Magenta Flash.
Overall: Overall this was an ordinary reddish-purple ink. I won’t be purchasing a bottle as it is too similar to other inks in this color range.
