Ink Review #556: L'Artisan Encre Classique Brun Ours

And with that, we kickstart Pride and Prejudice with L’Artisan Brun Ours! This is a pastel brown.

This ink had very low shading and no sheen. It’s a close match to J.Herbin Cacao du Bresil.

This ink had an average dry time of 20 seconds and high water resistance.

This ink had a dry flow.

Overall: I like softer colors so I thought this was a beautiful brown. It has a dry flow compared to Cacao du Bresil, so it would would work best in broad or wet writers.
