Ink Review #770: Dominant Industry Christmas Red
Today we will be reviewing Dominant Industry Christmas Red from their Pearl Series. Dominant Industry is a younger ink company that was founded in South Korea in 2020. This is a new (to this blog) ink and I have to say, I really liked the packaging! The ink bottle comes with a cotton bag for storage, and is pear-shaped with a prominent gold D stamped on the lid.
Swabs:
Christmas Red is a deep, warm red with gold glitter. It has high shading and no sheen. The red is well pigmented and reminds me of Santa outfits. It is a very close match to PenBBS #520.
Dry Time/Water Resistance:
Tsubame Note Ink Collection Card
This ink had an average dry time of 30 seconds and high water resistance.
Writing Sample:

This ink had an average flow.
Overall: Christmas Red is a warm red that would suit the holidays perfectly.
