Mini Monday: Nagasawa Kobe, Tono & Lims
Hello everyone! I came down with a cold/really bad allergies late last week so I’ve spent most of this weekend recovering. Today’s inks feature my trusty Pelikan M205 Aquamarine <F>. The M205 has been one of my EDC work pens for quite some time, but I decided to (finally) clean it out.
My favorite ink this week would have to be Kola Nuts. It is a charming chestnut brown and the Coca-Cola smell is light and unbothersome. I think I will include longer writing samples from now on (but keep the truncated reviews). That way I don’t feel as if I am wasting ink samples!
Nagasawa Kobe Bordeaux: A deep reddish purple. No shading or sheen.
Tono & Lims Shine Muscat: Light lime green. Pale; difficult to read. Somewhat dry. Medium shading, no sheen.
Tono & Lims Welcome Yome! : Sky blue with medium shading, no sheen.
Tono & Lims Kola Nuts: Meant to mimic scent of Cola-Cola (smell is faded and not overpowering). Regular ink/flow. Chestnut brown with low-medium shading.
