Ink Review #692: Colorverse #17 Vortex Motion

Today we will be taking a look at Colorverse Vortex Motion. This is a dark, purplish black from the Astrophysics collection.

Swabs:

Vortex Motion had low shading and sheen. At first glance, it can be easily mistaken for a black ink, but it’s actually a very lovely dark purple! (Very moody).

I found this ink to have a steady, even flow. I did not notice any starts or skips and noted that it was a pleasure to use.

Overall: Overall, am I swooning over Colorverse inks (and incorporate more into future reviews)? It’s a resounding yes! I loved this color and would recommend trying a sample. As a bonus, I would say that it would work well in the office and school settings.
